The Charm Party Tote is 11" x 14"' x 4" with 2 large pockets on the inside and a envelope pocket on the outside. Grab a stack of 5" charm squares and you will have a bag in no time.

We will teach you how to become confident in selecting your fabrics.

Beginner’s Appliqué Class

Try you hand at different techniques of hand appliqué.

Aunt Philly’s Toothbrush Rug
Thursday, June 5

Learn how to make a rug, placemat or table runner using a toothbrush needle.
Great way to use up you scraps of fabric.

Cathedral Window Ornament
Thursday, June 19

Make a cathedral window ornament by hand. Makes a nice gift!

 

Upcoming Clubs for 2008

2008 Thimbleberries Club
We are off and running with the 2008 Thimbleberry Club for the local quilters.
We are offering Thimbleberries club via mail order also, please e-mail us if you are interested and we will get back to you if we have availability or not. There are also four quarterly quilt projects that will be kitted in both of the color ways and an optional class you can sign up for.

We have three meeting times this year. All classes are filled.
• The 2nd Thursday of the month
1:00 pm – 3:00 pm and 6:30 pm – 8:30 pm
• The 2nd Saturday of the month
10:00 am – 12:00pm

The Four Quarterly Patterns: Lakeland Pines, Bear Paw Runner, Forest Bloom, and Woodland Stars, and the Lodge & Lakeside Big Club Quilt are the basis for Thimbleberries 2008 Quilt Club.

Our monthly Quilt Club meetings are sit-down lectures filled with lots of inspiration, education & fun based on a theme that Lynette has designed exclusively for this club. In addition, in the Big Club Quilt and the 4 Quarterly Patterns, you will receive 12 FREE Exclusive Extra Monthly Club Projects. Also, as a Quilt Club member you will receive a monthly Thimbleberries Newsletter written specifically with you in mind.

Thimbleberries Quarterly Projects
• Sign up to purchase the kit or take a 1 session class.
• Limited amount of kits. Sign up early.
• Two color ways “Lodge or Lakeside” to choose from each quarter.
• $15.00 for each class, plus the kit.

Quilt Guild

The guild is open to anyone who is interested in quilting, whether you are a beginner, or a seasoned quilter. Our purpose is to enhance your quilting enjoyment through educational programs and friendships, and to promote charitable activities through quilting. The “Piece by Peace” Quilt Guild is a non-profit organization open to anyone interested in learning more about the art of quilt making. We are a supportive group, welcoming quilters of all skill levels. Guests are always welcome!

Meetings are the fourth Tuesday night of each month.
6:30 pm, at Hearthside Quilt Shoppe.
