Hearthside Quilt Shoppe Class Policies
The teachers and staff of Hearthside Quilt Shoppe are proud to bring you a wide selection of classes at reasonable prices. In order for us to continue to keep our prices low, we need all of our customers to honor the class policies.
•To reserve your spot in class please sign up and prepay early. You may register online, in person, by phone or by mail with cash, check or credit card (Visa, Master Card, Discover). Store or class credit will be given if you cancel seven (7) working days prior to the class. In the event that Hearthside Quilt Shoppe needs to cancel the class, you will be given a store refund, a credit or you may transfer to another class. No refunds can be given within seven days prior to the class.
•Fabrics used in Hearthside classes must be purchased at Hearthside Quilt Shoppe, where you will find friendly assistance from our staff, which is qualified in helping you with your fabric selection.
• Supplies need to be purchased from Hearthside Quilt Shoppe prior to class. Supply lists will be available at registration.
•Patterns, books and handouts cannot be shared or photo-copied because of copyright laws.
•Children and guests are not welcome in class. Please be courteous and think of your fellow classmates.
• Please be sure to come in before the day of your class for your fabrics / yarns and supplies.
CLASS SUPPLIES:
You will receive 20% off all items required for your class on your supply list.
