We ship our quilts via USPS, UPS or FedEx. The cost for shipping each quilt is $20.00. This
includes insurance. For your convenience, we are happy to ship your order to anywhere in the contiguous United States. We always try to find the most economical way to ship your packages.
International orders will be charged additional shipping fees to cover the costs of shipping abroad. We will contact you via email with the additional shipping charges.
Every quilt and wall hanging we sell comes with a 10 day guarantee against defects in materials and workmanship. Package should be inspected upon receipt and any damage noted with shipper. Should you detect a defect, please contact us immediately.
Items may be returned within ten days, insured via USPS, UPS, or FedEx at the customer's expense. If the items are returned in the original condition, with the original receipt, a full refund (excluding shipping charges) will be issued. Should you receive an item that is defective or damaged in shipping we will at our option have the item repaired or replaced at no additional cost.
If you feel the need to return an item, please remember that books, patterns and fabric cannot be returned. Most other items may be returned with prior approval within 30 days of purchase. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. For those of you who prefer to purchase offline, we’ll also gladly process your order by phone or fax with a credit card or mail with a money order or check!
